Acid based semi-thick detergent solution that is able to remove the organic ad inorganic dirt and to cause the dechoesion of atmospherically deposits guaranteeing the dirts’ removal form the surfaces that are resistant to acids.
FACCADE 1 is a semi-thick, acid-compounded cleaning solution, able to cause decohesion of the weather-originated deposits (such a smog, soot, calcareous sediments, guano, weeds and hard water streaks) and which ensures the removal of dirt on facades and non-calcareous acid resistant stones in general.
FACCADE 1 has been specially devised for concrete, bricks, non-calcareous stone, granite, terra cotto etc.
HOW TO USE
Product should be spread evenly avoiding dripping, using a synthetic fibre flat brush or a low-pressure jet; work using broomcorn brushes to help the product penetrate going down upwards. Let the product to cure for 5 to 10 minutes. Make a sample test, concentrating progressively from 1:10, in order to prevent surface-drying and check the effect. In case of stubborn scales, a repeated treatment may be the sound course, with some more applications and short contact times. It is advisable to carry out a preliminary test to assess proper contact times for the treatment desired. Remove the product using a cold-water jet, operated as far as possible by high-pressure water-cleaner. Rinse thoroughly until the desired effect is obtained and until every polluting particles contained in the freshly removed dirt has been washed away. Soon after completion of the cleaning cycle, it is advisable to neutralise the surface using a slightly alkaline product diluted in a solution that buffers residual pH. Rinse finally with pressurised water in order to remove the separated dirt completely.
Consumption is variable and depends on the type of surface and dirt to be removed. Approx. 200-300 gr. per one sq.m.
Before applying protect metal, wood, aluminium and zinc parts with a thin coat of polyethylene sheets or other suitable covering.
